About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, by understanding their needs, providing them with five star service, support and guidance where needed. Your aim is to build strong relationships with clients, drive adoption and utilisation of our services, contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base.
What you’ll be doing 📈
- Leading by example, you will be the main point of contact for our clients providing a high standard of customer service.
- You will manage the entire onboarding process of new clients and support with any HR related queries, within agreed SLA’s.
- Ability to understand, research and translate complex HR-related topics to provide the highest level of support.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and draft client contracts, update personal and financial information on our internal systems, ensuring all details are continuously updated.
- Work collaboratively with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to our client portfolio.
- Provide product demonstrations, training and support to our clients to ensure maximum utilisation of our platform.
- Continuously monitor clients' usage and identify any areas of recommendation to drive better engagement with the platform.

- You must have experience in a similar role within customer support, or account management, which must be in a client-facing environment. Desirable experience for someone who has experience within a start-up/scaleup.
- Proven experience in successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- You’re an excellent communicator who leads by example in setting a high standard of customer service.
- Exceptional problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools to track customer NPS scores and interactions with the product.
- You’re an autonomous and ambitious individual who is excited to contribute to building a scalable business.
- Ability and willingness to develop an understanding of global employment regulations, compliance and HR practices.
- You are in command of a European language and completely fluent in English. Our desirable native preference would be German or Dutch.
What’s in it for you? 🥳
The salary band for this role is from £30,000 - £35,000. Please note this will differ from country to country 🌍.
